We know that high quality finishing work requires more than just access to materials and a steady hand, and that’s why we obsess over attention to detail, prep work, cleanliness, communication, and continued learning and innovation. We are passionate about putting out paint jobs that turn heads.
Our work is done by a human being, not a machine. This means real eyes and hands are working with each piece every step of the way, ensuring the highest quality without compromise. Hand-sprayed in the USA!

FAQs
How much does it cost?
Unfortunately, this question cannot be answered without more detail. The number of colors, size of the product, complexity of the shape, level of prep work involved, etc will all play a role in the final cost. It’s best for you to email info@brindlefinishes.com and provide as much detail about your project as possible so we can get dialogue rolling and get you a quote.
Cerakote or paint?
We offer Cerakote ceramic coating in addition to the type of multi-stage (primer, color, clear) wet paint you know from things like a car’s finish. Which one is right for your project depends on various factors such as exposure to sunlight, friction, impact, tolerances, etc. Cerakote was popularized in the firearms and automotive industries, but has countless other useful applications due to how thin and light it is. We can discuss pros and cons of each material in relation to your product/project.
Do you Cerakote gun parts?
There are numerous other shops around the state/country specializing in this service and we’d be happy to point you in the right direction, but this is not a service we are currently offering.
What are your hours?
The shop is open to the public by appointment only, since it’s not uncommon for us to be in the back sanding, painting, etc. Our working hours also vary depending on the projects currently being tackled, so we ask that you please email us to discuss availability prior to stopping by- info@brindlefinishes.com
Where does the name “Brindle” come from?
Brindle is the name of the brown/black tiger stripe looking pattern on some dogs. We’ve had multiple brindle dogs over the years and wanted to dedicate the shop to them.
Who is behind Brindle Custom Finishes?
Former painter for Rodeo Adventure Labs and Flux Customs, Adam Kittell has always had a passion for art and customization, so starting his own custom paint shop was only a matter of time.
He attended school for Fine Arts and Design/Multimedia. It wasn’t long before the art transitioned away from canvas and paper to bikes and other products. His love for pop culture, tattoos, cycling, music, and the outdoors is recognizable in his art.
